Lyrics: Our sons Ari & Jason have always liked dinosaurs, but they got much more interested in dinosaurs in Kindergarten because of their friend Arlo.  In this song, they decided to feature some dinosaurs which are not always mentioned in other dinosaur songs.

Have you heard about Dilophosaurus?
It had three very sharp claws.
It had a super wide mouth
And big, big jaws.
    Dilophosaurus was a meat-eater.
    I’ve heard it had a crest on it’s head.
    It slept on the grassy ground,
    Not in a bed.

Have you heard about Ankylosaurus?
It had a club on its tail.
It looked like a tank,
Not like a whale.
    Ankylosaurus was a plant-eater.
    It had spikes on its back.
    It used armor for defense,
    Not to attack.

The biggest meat-eater of them all.
Almost 50 feet long
and 12 feet tall
    Giganotosaurus looked like a T-Rex.
    It had a banana-shaped brain.
    When it caught its prey
    It caused great pain.

It went super, super fast.
When it raced on two legs
It was never last.
    Velociraptor was a meat-eater.
    It was a small dinosaur.
    But it’s not alive
